Deborah Elliott, MBA, BSN, RN is the Executive Director of Nurses House, Inc. and the Executive Director of the Center for Nursing at the Foundation of NYS Nurses, Inc. She graduated from Albany Memorial School of Nursing in 1979, obtained a BSN from SUNY New Paltz in 1990, and an MBA in Health Systems Administration from Union Graduate College in 2002. Deb has worked in acute care, home care, and long-term care, and has spent the last 34 years in management or administrative positions. She currently serves on the boards of the Nurses Middle College Capital Regions Charter High School and the National Forum of the State Nursing Workforce Centers. She is active in several nursing membership organizations and her church. Deb loves spending time with family and her dog, Rosy May.
